How far in advance do you need to place an order for an invitation?

To help you with your timeline we recommend checking out our stationery timeline, here. For wedding invitations, we recommend contacting us as early as up to 5 months to the date of your wedding to give yourself time for the design process and delivery. Of course, rush orders are available; please contact us to see if we can accommodate your schedule.

Do you have a minimum order?

Our invitations are ordered at a minimum of 10. You can have any amount as long as it’s more than 10, and yes that means you can do odd numbers like 77.

Why is stationery expensive and is it worth the cost?

We like to look at your invitation suite as an investment. Your invitations are more than paper. It sets the stage for your guest to know what to expect when they attend your wedding. A beautifully crafted invitation can tell your guest how they should be dressing and the theme for your wedding. With XOXO, you’re also getting more then just paper, you’re receiving an experience. We sit down and help you customize every last detail. It’s as unique as you and unlike websites, you’re working one on one with your own personal graphic designer.

Can you personally address my envelopes?

We can address your envelopes for you! We do not offer hand calligraphy or brush script but we have a wide selection of similar fonts you can choose from.

Can you stuff and mail out our invitations?

We do not personally stuff or mail out your envelopes. We feel that the process of stuffing and mailing out invitations is a personal affair and don’t want to intrude.

What is your turnaround time?

Timing really depends on how quick you respond to our emails/proofs. Once you have approved your final design it takes usually about 2 weeks to get them. If they need to be assembled (ex: envelope liners, layered invitations, enclosures, etc) add an additional week. Special orders such as foil stamping, thermography, embossing, takes about 4 weeks from final design.

How much does it cost for a basic suite?

Invitations vary based on paper selection, printing technique, and the amount you need. A basic invitation suite of 100 Invitations with addressed envelopes, envelope liners, rsvp cards with addressed envelopes, and accommodation card can START AT $477.
