CONSULTATION
The first part in creating your custom invitation starts with scheduling your FREE consultation via phone or email. We can meet or talk over the phone to get to know each other as well as touch base on what you're looking for and how we set up a design timeline. Afterward, if you feel comfortable we can discuss your event or special day in greater detail. We ask that you bring any photos or material objects that will help us better understand the look or design you're trying to achieve. At this point we also discuss paper, envelopes, colors, liners and so forth.

DESIGNING PHASE
After your consultation, we will email you a quote within 5-7 business days reflecting design and materials discussed during the consultation along with a client contract. Once we receive a signed contract and an approved quote with a 50% non-refundable deposit, we will move forward and begin designing your customized invitation! We will email you a proof with two to three different design options to choose from within 7-10 business days after receiving your non-refundable deposit and client contract. You are allowed up to three rounds of general revisions. If there are additional revisions needed beyond this we will touch base before proceeding.

COMPLETION
Once you feel we have achieved everything you wanted and more we ask that you sign off on a final proof email. Following, we will set up a date and time to provide you with your final product and your final payment.

FOLLOW UP
Our process doesn't stop at the exchange of final payment. After the festivities we send out a little note of gratitude and ask you a few questions just to make sure we are providing the best quality and experience. We are always evolving and want to make everyone's experience the best. We want you to feel a part of our family. It's because of you that we grow!
