Custom Design Invitations

Still scrolling and not finding anything that you really like? Do you have a unique theme for your wedding? A custom suite is the right direction for you.

 

Our Process

 

Consultation

Let’s schedule a consultation so we can chat more about your wedding, your budget, paper, and different printing methods we offer. A questionnaire will be emailed to you so we can get a bit more information. If you're local we love to meet in person. Most of the time we chat over the phone or through video conference.

 

Proposal

After your consultation a proposal will be sent to you based off the direction that was discussed. There are usually 2 to 3 price points for you to choose from. Your proposal is a price point that you are comfortable with. Once you approve the proposal and a 50% non-refundable down payment is placed you will start to receive design proofs. You can add more or take away from your order during the design process.

 

Design Process

The custom design process can take a month or longer to create the whole suite. Your participation and quick response effects the length of time. You get 3 rounds of proofs free of charge. After the third round a design fee will incur for each additional round of design. If you are doing addressed envelopes a template will be sent to you as homework as the design process is taking place. Changes can and are often made to the overall suite during this time.

 

Final Approval

Nothing is final until we receive your approval on your final proof and your final payment is submitted. From there your order will be sent to print! It can take between 2 to 3 weeks for your suite to be printed, packed and sent to you depending on the printing choosen. Please keep this in mind when placing your order so you get a starting point for your timeframe.

 
 

SPECIAL NOTE: Please keep in mind the turnaround time depends on the print method that is chosen and how quickly the client responds to proofs given. If you need a suite to be rushed let us know ahead of time so we can discuss rush fees and turnaround. We are not responsible for orders being delayed due to lack of email response, weather, postal service or freak accidents.
