The Experience

I thought invitations was the least of my priorities at the beginning of wedding planning, and figured I would just try printing them myself until I met with Jackie. She made the process so easy and helped me realize there is way more that goes into it than just a few pieces of paper.

Our Process

CONSULTATION

We pack up our tote bag full of samples and meet you at a local coffee house, (over the phone/video if you’re out of state), where we just casually chat, discuss paper, envelopes, colors, liners, wording, wax seals and so forth to create your one of a kind invitation. We also ask that at this time bring any photos or material objects, that will help us better understand the look or design you're trying to achieve. What you want your guests to experience and anything else that will help us better understand want you would like to convey through your stationer.

PROPOSAL

After your consultation, we will email you a quote within 5-7 business days reflecting design and materials discussed during the consultation along with a client contract. Once we receive a signed contract and an approved quote with a 50% non-refundable deposit, we will move forward and begin designing your customized invitation!

DESIGNING PHASE

We will email you a proof with two to three different design options to choose from within 7-10 business days after receiving your non-refundable deposit and client contract. This is where you let us know if we are on the right track of what you envisioned and any changes that need to be made. You are allowed up to three rounds of general revisions. If there are additional revisions needed beyond this we will touch base before proceeding.

COMPLETION

Once you feel we have achieved everything you wanted, we ask that you sign off on a final proof and submit your final payment. Once your order is submitted to our printer, it can take 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and up to 7 business days for your order to be delivered. Following, we will set up a date and time to provide you with your final product.

FOLLOW UP

Our process doesn't stop at the exchange of your final invitations. We’ll follow up with you 8-6 weeks before your wedding to see if you would like any coordinating pieces such as menus, thank you notes, table numbers, escort cards or anything else you may need.

I got to see and feel different paper types and colors in person which was so important to me. And I got to do that all in the comfort of my own home when Jackie came to us!
