Etsy Shop Now Open!!

We’ve actually been discussing this for a couple of years now and it was a big goal for us to accomplish. We are hoping this shop will help get our brand and company out there into the world and increase our online presence. We opened with just a couple of suites and postponement cards first to get our feet wet and will add on to it throughout the year.

Since we began XOXO Invites, we have met quite a few couples who are just lost and don’t know which direction to go with their invitations and some couples who are struggling with their budget. Offering semi-custom designs is a great option for couples that have a smaller budget and don’t have the time to invest in creating a custom suite. Semi-custom invitations make for a great choice when you are under a tight deadline. A custom suite turnaround time can take up to two weeks, if not longer, but only when the couple is on top of their emails and the proofing process. As for budget, this allows couples to still get a beautiful invitation suite without having to factor in the custom design fees that come with creating a custom invitation suite representative of the couple and their big day.

Often times we meet clients who have no idea where to start when it comes to invitations. They don’t know which printing technique they want, they have no idea what their wedding theme or colors are and having semi-custom designs available helps clients see what they do and don’t like and helps sets them on the path to figuring out what they may want. We’ve come to realize that the suites we picked for our Etsy store have helped a lot of clients decide what they wanted to do for their own invitations suites.

Opening the shop was definitely not as smooth or easy as we initially thought but what was even harder was picking which collections to feature! Not to toot our own horn too much, but there were just so many wonderful and creative designs to choose from, I think that is what took the longest time. We wanted to make sure we featured suites that showed the breadth of design and styles we can create and offer clients as well as choose a suite that would have a fast turnaround. We ultimately decided to begin with the suites featured in bridal magazines, blogs, and those that received high praise from past clients. Once we had our set of invitation selected, we still needed to narrow it down a bit, as I said earlier, we just wanted to get our feet wet for right now but we still wanted to make sure we displayed a variety of styles. So, we took to social media and put our collections to a vote. We were surprised by some of the votes and are so grateful for our follower’s participation.

So without further ado, keep scrolling to take a look at which collections made it into our Etsy shop.
